Ricky owned a small delivery company in the Denver area for over 23 years and decided he wanted a change. He earned his Real Estate License in Spring of 2012 and landed with Keller Williams in February of 2013. In 2014, he became the Productivity Coach and coached new agents how to build their real estate business, he stayed in that role until March of 2017. Ricky then became the Team Leader in their market center, which is essentially the CEO. He stayed in that role for about 6 months and realized he missed buyers, sellers, and transactions! So, he stepped out of that role and has been helping people buy and/or sell homes. His goal is always to educate, inform and advise his clients while removing as much stress as possible, and have a little fun along the way. Ricky often tells people he is in the headache removal industry. Moving can be difficult and stressful! There are over 43,000 licensed agents in Colorado, his intention is never to solely help people buy or sell...his goal becomes their goal! When someone decides to either buy or sell, they are trying to achieve a specific goal, and a real estate transaction is simply a step towards achieving that goal. Ricky genuinely loves what he does!
