I would like to take this time to THANK Mr Ricard Ghysels Personnel for all his hard work in selling my house .
Think we broke all the records of how many time we were in and out of escrow (6).there were many times that Richard help over and above with problems that i had with all the escrows
Richard is very knowledgeable and knows the needs for his clients .
I would have no problem referring Mr.Ghysels to any of my friends or family .

We have had the pleasure of working with Richard Ghysels on 3 different real estate transactions. His diligence, attention to detail, and punctuality were appreciated throughout all three of the transactions. His experience in guiding us through the California real estate process was extremely valuable and appreciated as we moved here from Michigan. Additionally, a finer “gentleman” you will never meet.
