Richard Guelich has had a love of real estate development since he was a child, which he inherited from his father, a Bay Area developer. He has been pursuing it ever since, first during his 20-year career as a construction litigation and transaction lawyer, and starting in 2009, as a broker associate.
Although born, raised, and educated throughout California, Palm Springs has always been regarded as home. Both his parents and grandparents had homes here, and his longtime association with the region gives him local expertise as well as market insight. He acquired his first Palm Springs property in 1996, and has since purchased, redesigned, renovated, staged, and sold for profit more than twenty properties in Palm Springs, Laguna Beach, and Malibu.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in business and advertising from San Diego State University, as well as a Juris Doctor and a Master of Law from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. When not engaged in real estate, he enjoys hitting the California roads and heading to his favorite surf locations.
