Since 2005, Mr. Kelley has been active as a licensed Real Estate Broker in the metropolitan Denver real estate market.

In 2013, Mr. Kelley became owner/broker of Provident Real Estate. Provident is an independent brokerage affiliated with Metro Brokers Elite, the largest Metro Brokers office in Colorado.

Prior to his brokerage activities, Mr. Kelley was President of Provident Custom Homes. The company was a builder of new custom homes in the Metro Denver market. In his brokerage activities Mr. Kelley specializes in land and lots for new custom homes as well as the Heritage Eagle Bend age restricted golf community in southeast Aurora.

Richard has been active in various aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Previously, in the Title Insurance industry, Richard held a variety of positions including Title Officer, Escrow Officer, General Manager, and President. Mr. Kelley has been a member of the Home Builders Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, and other Real Estate Industry organization
