I went through this incredibly LONG and in-depth process to purchase my first house. I was literally scared to take the chance. During the process I never thought I would see the day. Through the countless deadlines, amount of paperwork needed, and omg the finances involved I almost said to myself you can always wait until next year when you feel more comfortable.

Every time I tapped into this mental space my realtor Richard knocked me back sane and helped me keep my focus! Lord knows I appreciate you for that friend because WHEW I definitely wouldn’t have taken that amazing leap without you! It has been a journey but you made me feel at ease throughout it!

Richard was extremely patient and consistent. I changed my mind many times in regards to the location that I was seeking and never once did I feel that he was the least bit frustrated, he would just keep saying “we are going to find the house” which was very reassuring in a time where there was so much competition on the market. He went through the entire process with me from start to finish with the same level of enthusiasm, consistently giving me updates and checking in with me. I truly admire his level of professionalism. I would certainly recommend.

My favorite part about working with this young man is that when we went to go view houses he would walk through the house with me and point out things (good and bad) that as a buyer I knew nothing about. It was like a mini pre-inspection.

Richard is an amazing realtor. Richard started helping me with the home buying process way before I was even pre-approved for a home, and remained eager to help until and even after I moved into my home . Richard was very attentive to my needs as a client and was very proactive when needed to ensure that I did not miss our on opportunities, whether it was videoing a home or negotiating the deals on my behalf. Working with Richard was like shopping for a home with a friend. If you want a smooth home buying process without lots of pressure, work with him.

Richard is a phenomenal real-estate agent. His willingness to go over and beyond to meet your expectations and then exceeding them, places him in the top tier of agents. I can really attest to his strong knowledge base, because I have used him along with other family members over 4 times now. Being in real-estate can be tricky, but having an agent that is knowledgeable and never settles until you are satisfied makes life easier. I am thankful for my forever agent...the only agent my family uses for their real estate transactions.
