Richard Mayer

After 25 years of working as a bioengineer in the medical device industry, Rich transitioned to a full time real estate career in 2003. Initially, Rich worked with a custom home builder utilizing his engineering background in the areas of new construction design, specifications, customization, and option upgrades. Rich was closely involved in the construction of four custom homes for his family, so he has first-hand experience in this process. Later, in 2004, as his real estate expertise expanded, Rich added residential resale to his new construction experience, working with sellers and buyers to help make their real estate experience as easy, stress free and productive as possible. Rich also works diligently to find rental properties for those people not able or ready to purchase. Rich takes pride in quickly responding to his clients, being a listener to their needs and wants, answering their questions, and educating them, so they can make realistic and sound decisions for their real estate investments.
