Richard was very attentive and helpful. He worked closely with us before we arrived in town to physically look at options. Also, because we were coming from out of town, we didn't know alot about the numerous Minneapolis neighborhoods. He showed us viable options, condos and homes and still, he used our limited time very efficiently. Once we decided to make an offer and following its acceptance, Richard assisted us through to closing. He was a great resource and we would recommend him to any home buyer.

At the start of my loft purchase journey, he took the time time to get to know me and what I was looking for and created a system for getting me the information I needed. When we found the right place, he acted quickly, was a great advocate during the negotiation process, and made the pre-close process a breeze.
