We had a great experience with Richard. He showed us approximately a dozen condos in MPLS and we ended up purchasing a unit on Lake Bde Maka Ska through him. During the process there were snags and issues that popped up including an upcoming special assessment and needed repairs in the unit. Throughout the purchase process, Richard expertly guided us through those issues and assisted us in obtaining a very favorable deal, all the while working closely with the Seller's agent. He was always patient and professional with us, never pushy or insistent. I highly recommend him.

Richard was very attentive and helpful. He worked closely with us before we arrived in town to physically look at options. Also, because we were coming from out of town, we didn't know alot about the numerous Minneapolis neighborhoods. He showed us viable options, condos and homes and still, he used our limited time very efficiently. Once we decided to make an offer and following its acceptance, Richard assisted us through to closing. He was a great resource and we would recommend him to any home buyer.

When we found the right place, he acted quickly, was a great advocate during the negotiation process, and made the pre-close process a breeze.
