Richard Nissan

As an established international fashion industry executive, Richard has always understood what it means to bring people together. His entry into real estate emerged from his long career of acting as agent between suppliers and clients in the sale of fashion products throughout the world. He has built his reputation on following through on all transactions with the highest level of knowledge, service and integrity.

Richard's experience has allowed him to be involved in commercial real estate and leasing of fashion showrooms. Eventual requests from family and friends lead him to expand his activity into residential sales and rentals. He maintains a large network of international contacts and is versed in transacting deals that require special attention in overseas regulations and requirements. He speaks a number of languages including French, Arabic and Farsi.

Richard earned his business degrees from New York University and Pace University and is a true New Yorker, enjoying the City's energy and cultural diversity. He is an avid concert goer and follower of music including rock, jazz and world, and plays piano and drums.
