Working with the Palmano group made selling our house a very turn key experience. Rich and his team handled everything very smoothly and very professionally, they were always one step ahead in terms of getting pictures and video taken, dealing with the title company and giving us ample time for showings. Everyone on the team was easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. It made it easier to say bye to our first family home with such a great team helping guide us and settle our nerves!

I can't say enough good things about Rich with Palmano group real estate! He was incredibly helpful, honest, upfront, and dependable throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting until well after the closing date, he showed genuine concern for us and was able to understand our needs. He was always available to answer questions and gave clear explanations of everything, including how to make an offer, interact with a mortgage lender, and more. What really makes Rich stand out is the network of people he surrounds himself with. He offers a network of honest people he can put you in touch for painting,deep cleaning and other home projects before the move.
