In 2006 Richard founded Paz Global, a boutique real estate brokerage with its corporate office in Aventura, Florida. Since 2009 Paz actively manages several private equity investment partnerships focusing on providing above-market returns for its investors. The business model consists of buying underperforming distressed assets such as vacant land, residential and commercial properties, then creating value by rezoning (land), renovating, upgrading, and improving the financial performance of income producing properties.
Besides all of his accomplishments, he is also a devoted husband and father to 3 beautiful girls. In his spare time, Paz enjoys spending time with family, traveling and active sports such as competitive tennis, scuba diving, and skiing.
