Richard Phipps

Richard C. Phipps, founder of CFS Realty and Management and Consumer Financial Services. He started in financial services in 1977 and added real estate to his portfolio of activities shortly thereafter. HE currently serves as Regional VP of National Association of Real Estate Brokers, (NAREB), Region 1 the New England State. He works diligently in this capacity to advance the cause of democracy and housing for all. He’s created numerous successful brokers and agent during his career and enjoys supporting those transitions. He has also founded CFS Mortgage which operated till 2009 and serves as a branch director of NID Housing Counseling Services, a HUD approved agency for the New England area.
