Richard Price

Richard H. Price is a state certified residential real estate appraiser and real estate broker with memberships in the Austin Board of Realtors an associate membership in the Appraisal Institute. He is also Certified Collateral Valuation Specialist and is a Registered Professional Engineer in several states. Prior to starting work in real estate, he served in several capacities (Senior Project Manager, Director of Project Management/Engineeering) with a major design/build contractor active in development and construction of fuel ethanol and grain processing facilities. Other related experience included serving as Chief Estimator for a company specializing in the construction of hotels, residence halls, and churches. He holds BSCE and MSCE degrees (Environmental Engineering) from Purdue University.
