Richard Stoudt

Active in the real estate business since 1973, I co-founded RE/MAX Properties in 1986. We were the 1st RE/MAX office in the State of NH. In 2018 I merged the company (3 offices in Nashua, Pelham and Hollis, NH) with RE/MAX Innovative of Londonderry. The new company is now called RE/MAX Innovative Properties and consists of 6 offices and over 100 sales associates.

I am currently the Managing Broker of the Nashua office. Among my current duties are recruiting new associates, retention of current associates and Staff and sales management. I also list and sell residential and commercial real estate on a personal referral basis to my friends and sphere of influence. I have been involved in my local Board of Realtors for over 40 years, chaired many committees and served as President in 2012. I have also proudly served my community as a Rotarian since 1974, and was the President of Nashua Rotary West in 2004 as well as one of the organizers of the wildly popular Rock' N Ribfest that my Club ran at Anheuser Busch for 17 years.

My strengths include diplomacy, availability and a sense of humor. My weaknesses are Chinese and Italian food and an occasional cigar. Outside interests include all spectator sports, particularly football, hockey and baseball. I am also a golf fanatic. I enjoy traveling, winters in Florida, spending quality time with my grandchildren and family, all types of animals and movie watching.
