It’s a tough and exhausting experienced we had for the past 6 months searching for a house. The market always beat us up. But our realtor, Richard Villareal always gave us positive thoughts of the pros and cons of this market. He never get tired of searching and thinking of ways on how to beat this competitive market. At his age, he’s so aggressive, competitive and so knowledgeable in his field of work. Very detailed and very transparent. He will tell us exactly if the property is not right for us, not just for the sake of getting a deal. He helped us a lot in getting the house we really want. Within 21 days we closed escrow! Richard did a great job in dealing with all the process and in giving us updates. And even now we’re doing some renovations he’s still there helping us. A BIG THANK YOU RICHARD!!! KUDOS!!!
