About Richard

In 1987, Richard began his real estate career in San Francisco with Asia Pacific Groups. Soon after he was managing the day-to-day operations of the company and finally, as vice president, was responsible for recruitment, training, and quality control for the busy real estate and mortgage company. Proficiency in Japanese was helpful in the diverse market of the San Francisco Bay Area. Moving south to Silicon Valley in 1992, Richard helped launch Nationwide Funding before acquiring Sterling Properties in Foster City in 1997. In 1999, Richard joined Today Sotheby’s International Realty as managing broker and founded its subsidiary, Delloro Financial Services, acting a CEO. Richard takes a consultative approach inworking with clients to achieve their financial and investment goals. His approach in evaluating his client’s needs and capabilities, defining suitable objectives, and developing and executing effective strategies to accomplish those objectives, distinguishes him from other professionals in the industry. In addition to his work with local clients, Richard has developed special expertise in collaborating with international individuals and entities for investment in and outside of the United States. Richard has worked extensively with real estate development firms in Shanghai, Beijing, and elsewhere in China representing prestigious projects there as well as identifying opportunities for foreign investment in the U.S. market. Richard has cultivated relationships with lending institutions which are able to provide financing for foreign investors both in and outside of the United States. Throughout his career, his commitment to integrity and professionalism combined with his philosophy of bringing value to his clients has won him a loyal following of past satisfied clients and colleagues.
