Richard S. Wolman, CCIM is a co-founding principal of Compass Real Estate, LLC. Originally trained as an architect, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients with over thirty five years combined experience in commercial, industrial and investment real estate brokerage, real estate development, finance, investment analysis, construction and architecture. He has developed a unique ability to visualize the “big picture” opportunities and to anticipate the pitfalls that his clients might encounter in commercial real estate transactions. This ability, combined with his attention to detail and analytical ability enables Rich to successfully complete even the most complex transactions for his clients whether he is representing sellers, landlords, buyer, tenants or investors. The recipient of numerous top sales awards throughout his career, Rich has successfully assisted his clients in handling diverse and complex real estate needs including sales, leasing, build-to-suit and new construction projects, investment sales, distressed properties and loan workouts. His community service passion is mentoring students in the technical education programs at McCaskey High School in Lancaster City to help ensure that they graduate and become gainfully employed thereby breaking the chains of poverty and homelessness in the community.
