Would highly recommend working with Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Memphis area. He helped us buy our house about seven years ago and just helped us sell it. We had already moved out of town when selling the house and him and his team were able to make it easy to have a remote closing. He also connected us with all of the companies for work on the house, helped negotiate those costs and kept the entire process moving quickly for a fast close. We appreciate everything on both sides of the transaction.

Rick is a dream come true. Usually house buying is fraught with worry and annoyance. Rick made the process SO easy that all we needed to do is write the check and close. He took care of getting workers to fix things, people to inspect things, landscapers to make the property beautiful and tenants to live there - we didn't have to lift a finger. Besides being a consummate professional and EXTREMELY trustworthy, he is just a truly delightful person - someone you just want to hang around with and talk to (which I had the opportunity to do last time I was in Memphis). He is and will always be my 'go to' guy for all things real estate in Tennessee! Don't think about using anyone else - you cannot do better .

Rick was extremely helpful when looking at homes and had so many ideas and suggestions when seeing the homes. Rick is amazing! We recently purchased a house and Rick was with us through the whole thing from start to finish. He took his time to help us find exactly what we wanted and helped us through the process. Even once we bought the house he helped us get in touch with contractors to help us fix some things up in the house and helped us learn things about our the house. He is patient and extremely helpful. Had a really great experience and will definitely use him in the future if needed! Highly recommend!

Rick, in every way , is an excellent Realtor! From the beginning, he didn't mind showing me every house in the area I was interested in. The market was so slow but somehow he found houses to show me. When I was ready to give up he encouraged me I would find one I knew was for me. And we did! During the negotiations of buying that house he made sure I didn't go over budget and put the best bid in. The market was full of buyer competition but he made SURE I got the one I wanted! After they accepted my bid, Rick set everything up, from the termite inspection to the appraisal, in a timely manner. Then Covid-19 hit and we had hurdles with the sellers. We pushed through and stayed patient and I moved in! The best part? He saved me money in the contract and started me out with equity in the house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! RICK IS AWESOME!!

I reevaluated and I think the best part is that I made a good friend! Thank you, Rick!
