Rick is married to his wife Kathy Binkley. They have two grown daughters, Katie & Emily. Prior to launching his career in real estate, Rick was a very accomplished marketing executive working for such notable Kansas City companies as Sprint, Yellow Freight, Blue KC, Hallmark, Bayer and Butler.
Rick always had an entrepreneurial spirit and once his children were grown he had the flexibility to venture on his own without missing a soccer, softball, basketball or volleyball game or practice. Since 2014, he has been able to apply all the business, marketing and communication skills he acquired working with Fortune 500 companies, and their ad agencies, to work in a very personal way to his home buying and selling clients.
