Rick Bosley, the owner of The Bosley Team, has been a Central Florida resident for 20 years, and a UCF alumnus. He has been licensed with Keller Williams Realty since 2010, and in 2011 was hired as a Team Leader for a Keller Williams franchise in East Orlando. Over the next 5 ½ years, Rick and his team grew the Keller Williams Waterford Lakes office to the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in all of Central Florida. In that time, he hired and trained over 700 REALTORS®, became a Keller Williams Certified Instructor, and an Investor in a total of 4 Keller Williams franchises. In June 2019, he left the Leadership role, to re-launch The Bosley Team, going back to where it started 9 years prior.
In 2021, Rick joined MAPS Business coaching organization as a business coach for professionals and organizations outside of Real Estate. Many of the principles align, regardless of the industry. Customer acquisition, retention, team building, leadership, accountability, budgeting, and forecasting. Every Friday from 8:30 - 9:30 EST, he hosts a free business coaching workshop on Zoom.
When Rick isn’t working with his team or customers, he is living his best life as a husband and father to three boys. For fun, the Bosley family spends time at the campground, on the boat, at the ball field, or running in the backyard with a Labrador and Bernedoodle dogs. If you work with Rick, it is almost guaranteed that you will meet at least one of his three boys (ages 2, 4, 5) on a zoom call.
