Rick Bowers

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Rick grew up in the 60's and 70's working in his father's excavating business (digging basements, doing roadwork, sculpting the landscape, basically playing in the dirt). He was fortunate to work with and for many of the area’s best builders, developers, and contractors on both sides of the State Line.

After graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Rick traveled around the country working in the Restaurant Industry for 5 years, ending up in Dallas, Texas as a manager for Houlihan’s Old Place. Deciding to make a career change to Real Estate in 1976, Rick moved back to Kansas City, the town he knew best.

Having traveled around the country over the years, Rick truly appreciates the easy-going lifestyle and affordability of Kansas City. He enjoys helping other people with all of their Real Estate needs, whether they're 1st timers or experienced veterans. Rick appreciates the trust so many people have placed in him over the years and is truly proud to call Kansas City his hometown.
