Being the grandchild of 4 immigrant Italian grandparents, Rick was born in Rochester, New York, and grew up in a close-knit family. After a brief stint in California, Rick finally ended up in Colorado by attending and graduating from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. From that point, Colorado was his home forever.
Loving the beauty and serenity of the mountains, driving through the mountains to enjoy the views became a favorite pastime. Rick and his wife Patty have been married for over 28+ years and live in the metro Denver area. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
After a long career in the restaurant industry, Rick finally decided to pursue his passion in Real Estate in 2000. Starting as a part-time investor, he realized the real estate industry could do things "just a bit better" and he went on to make that his mission. Prior to the founding of Rhino Realty Pros, he was a single agent learning the skills and competencies of a top producer. Rhino Realty Pros was then founded on the premise of developing agents to a higher standard than the rest and helping them to produce to levels with services that exceed the expectations of our clients.
Over the years, Rick became a Certified Home Seller Advisor and a Certified Home Buyer Advisor. He is a member of the Metro Denver, Colorado, and the National Association of Realtors®. Rick was humbled in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 to be named one of the top 3% of all agents in Denver for the highest client satisfaction by being awarded the Five Star Real Estate Professional designation and was seen in Forbes Magazine in March of 2018. Rick is also a Certified Military Residential Specialist as he loves giving back to and serving those who have served our country. Rick recently received and was featured in the “TOP AGENT” real estate magazine as an Area Specialist for 2023.
During their off-times, Rick and Patty enjoy working around the house, playing card games together, and love long drives through the mountains. An occasional trip to the city of Black Hawk is a fun source of entertainment.
