The Finger Lakes area is one of the United States' most scenic regions. I retired here after a career in the United States Public Health Service. I specialize in the areas around Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake, from Geneva in the north to Ithaca in the south.

We'll start by identifying your property needs and your wants. We'll arrive at a key list of must-haves for the property you want (or own). These may change over time. We will navigate the issues that arise.

The area is bolstered by nationally recognized colleges, tourism, agriculture, natural beauty and recreation on glacial lakes.

I enjoy fishing, kayaking, photography, carpentry and landscape design.
