Turn-key agent!
I could not be happier with the results that came from working with Rick. Anyone that has ever sold a home knows of the challenges that come along with the process. When a potential road block appeared he was ready with a solution. He has built a network of quality contractors and because of those relationships we were able to keep the project on point. I endorse Rick 100% and will work with him in the future if I find myself in the market.

Selling our house with Rick was nothing short of a first-rate experience. Rick always had our best interest in mind, and everything he did was done in an effort to minimize disturbances to our everyday lives. Our property specific website, photos, videos and virtual tour had our eventual buyer counting the hours until they could step foot in our home to finally see it for themselves. Rick and I worked together some time ago to find and evaluate vacation homes in the Summit County area and Copper Mountain. Despite that I wasn't sure about making a purchase, Rick was nonetheless willing to invest the time and effort - without any pressure or expectations - to find available properties and do all of the necessary leg work to contact the listing agents and owners to gain access to the units during a very slow time of the year (Early Fall), which in itself can be tricky. The end result was that Rick identified the perfect 2nd home for us within my price range and budget, and subsequently did all of the required negotiations with the listing agents and ultimately the owner of the unit for me to be able to make a quick, hassle free purchase. Since the purchase, we have used our 2nd home abundantly - not only during ski season but during the summer and off season months as well. It has also become a very lucrative rental unit when we aren't able to use it, with an excellent ROI, I might add. I would recommend Rick and Denver Lifestyle Real Estate to anyone who is looking to make a real estate purchase - whether your first home, or that getaway you've been dreaming about for years. A++.

Rick Janson with Denver Lifestyle Real Estate is an amazing realtor! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in home values and getting you the most for your money, he is very patient, accommodating, enthusiastic, and he's an amazing photographer! Rick first helped us to sell our home and the pictures he took made us almost want to stay in our small starter home. He knew how to market our home well and we had our first offer in less than 24 hours and were under contract in 6 days! When it came to buying another home he was so patient with us and very helpful. He knows Denver and the surrounding areas so well that we were looking at houses in areas we never even thought to go and at every one of them he gave us honest feedback on the house, neighborhood, and price. He also has amazing vision on the spot. Any house we looked at and weren't happy with a certain area he could tell us right then and there ways we could change it. Rick has an intimate understanding of the regional market allowing him to quickly and efficiently bring homes to our attention, which held the features most important to us. His expansive knowledge base of the different communities around Denver was extremely helpful in providing advice on school systems, cultural events, local amenities and other aspects which cannot be easily researched and can only be experienced by living within the area.

The process of purchasing a home can be occasionally stressful and chaotic. Rick's organizational and communication skills are exceptional.
