Rick Loose

With almost 20 years in Real Estate with Ayre Rhinehart Realtors, and as a lifelong Midland native, Rick has witnessed the tremendous growth and increased diversity of his community firsthand and is excited to be part of it. Rick graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and brought to Ayre Rhinehart over 20 years of business experience in restaurant ownership/management, accounting, customer service, facilities management, sales, and sales management. He cites exemplary customer service and attention to detail as the common thread throughout his business career. As the father of four children Rick is very aware of the importance of schools, parks and other educational and recreational activities and their influence on housing decisions. Rick is the incoming President of the Midland Board of Realtors, 4th Congressional District Director for Michigan Realtors, and the 4th congressional District Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of Realtors. Rick believes that the most important thing you can do in this business is to actively listen to people to ascertain their unique needs and wants. Once these are determined, he will apply the latest in real estate e-commerce initiatives coupled with old fashioned hard work and integrity and the support of the dedicated Ayre Rhinehart team to deliver results.
