Rick Seddon, the founder and president of Seddon Marketing, is the expert when it comes to new construction. With over 30 years of experience, he does it all from finding the land, helping facilitate the development, designing and selecting innovative floor plans, marketing the community and the new homes, and everything in between. He’s there for his clients from the very beginning and long after the community is sold out. He’s very hands on and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
