I’d like to give a big shout out to Rick Shaffer for his expertise along with his professionalism, help, and guidance in the selling of my mom’s house. She lived there for 63 years so it was emotional, overwhelming, and a huge job to prepare it to sell. Using Rick’s suggestions and resources we managed to get it cleaned out, staged, and listed in10 weeks and it sold within 3 days and settlement 2 weeks after that. We have now used Rick and his team for both buying and selling a home. I'm not sure how we could be more satisfied. He is very experienced and extremely professional and makes a genuine effort to make sure your time and effort is valued. He's very detail oriented and keeps great communication. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were certain that we needed a buyer's agent to provide real estate services. Our initial discussion with Rick Shaffer from Prudential assured me that we had made the right decision.
