Ever since we first contacted Rick to list our house, we had nothing but a wonderful experience. He was patient, respectful, put our needs first instead of applying pressure tactics. In our initial consultation, he guided us on where to spend our efforts, money to increase the curb appeal keeping in mind the budget. He ensured we spend right amount of money to do the necessary improvements and even had contractor recommendations for key areas. We told him it would take about 2.5 months for us to do everything, he understood and waited patiently for us to finish everything. Once the renovations are completed, he helped us go through a very smooth listing and selling process. During our sale we physically moved to a different state, and Rick was more than accomodative to help us out with Remote distance selling. In fact, couple of time Rick even helped us by running errands like picking up stuff from our old old house and delivered it our friends. The listing, contracting, and closing process was very smooth. During the contract period, Rick has to travel out of state and even during that time he kept us informed consistently about the progress of various activities. His knowledge of local market helped us to price the house right which expedited the sale timelines.

Overall, it was one of the best experiences we had.
