Rick is a real estate broker, REALTOR and the Founder and Team Lead of Great Homes of South Carolina (@Epique Realty). His high-performing residential real estate team serves the Greenville and Charleston areas, with plans for further market expansion across South Carolina. Over his career, Rick has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions, bringing unmatched expertise in client relations, market strategy, and contract negotiation.

As an Area Leader for Epique Realty in Upstate SC, Rick is focused on strategic market growth, agent development, and expanding Epique Realty’s presence across the state. He is highly invested in his industry and serves in numerous positions to include Chairman of the Board for the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS, Executive Committee member of the SCR Board of Directors, member of the 2025 Professional Standards Committee, member of the SC Community Alliance and Chair of his local RPAC committee. Rick is a 2024 graduate of the SCR Leadership Academy and 2020 graduate of LeadershipGreer (Class 40).

Rick is passionate about coaching, mentoring and collaborating with real estate professionals nationwide, helping them scale their businesses, sharpen their leadership, and execute high-performance strategies. He is a sought-after coach, speaker and advisor and participates in multiple mastermind groups focused on real estate and business growth.

Outside of business responsibilities, Rick prioritizes family, adventure, and exploring the world. He and his wife, Christina, are the proud parents of four active kids. Together, they make it a priority to travel the world, experiencing different cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. Whether it's cruising the Caribbean, exploring Europe, or discovering hidden gems closer to home, their love for travel fuels their sense of adventure. They also enjoy boating on Lake Hartwell, cheering for the Clemson Tigers, and spending time with their Great Dane, Lucy. A perfect evening for Rick and Christina usually includes good wine, delicious dinner and engaging conversation with friends.
