Rick Williams brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the Shenandoah Valley to his role as a real estate agent with Kline May Realty. His journey in the Valley traces back to the mid-1980s when he was a student at Eastern Mennonite University (EMC). Although his career path led him to Northern Virginia for over three decades, Rick's heart remained in the Valley, where he and his wife found a vibrant and supportive community to raise their two sons.

Through annual vacations to the Valley and ownership of Massanutten timeshares, Rick and his family developed a profound love for the area. In 2018, they made the decision to plant roots in the Valley, purchasing a farm in eastern Rockingham County, which they officially made their home in 2020. What initially drew them to the Valley was its natural beauty, but it was the warmth and kindness of its people that truly captured their hearts, fostering deep and enriching relationships.

Now, Rick is eager to share his passion for the Valley with others who are seeking to make it their home.
