Rick Wilson

Rick Wilson, Regional Property Supervisor, is responsible for the management of multifamily apartment communities. His consistent and committed work ethic have contributed to his success at Tarantino for the past 25 years, including his day-to-day management of property operations that include accounting, training, and supervision of on-site staff at various locations throughout Texas. Additionally, Rick has experience in commercial warehouse properties for the past 20 years. He also supervises the rehab construction of various properties. His consistent nature has proven a success to his career as a multifamily operator. Typically, Rick has been able to out-perform an area sub-market with higher rental rates and occupancies because of his persistent, can-do attitude. Rick has strong experience in this industry and has been able to ramp up leasing from construction phase with zero occupancy to 100% occupancy at two business parks in the Houston area in record time. Rick attended Lone Star College and also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He is also a licensed Broker. Professional affiliations include the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and Houston Apartment Association (HAA). In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family and water sports.
