When rico says he's going to take care of you he's not just talking rico is really being serious, my journey with rico on buying a property was one that I will always remember and hope one day I can return and have another journey, like this one. We accomplished a purchase that I didn't think was possible, and he was a big part of why it happened. We found a home that just made sense and he made recommendations on inspections that could of been a horror show for me if we didnt do them. His instincts were right and adjusted the price to make this deal happend and everything worked out, he followed through every step of the way and even when we were officially signing he saved me from a potential fee.

This is the only realtor I'm going to or recommending. You will feel well represented, and I found out right away that his clients come first and wont pressure you just to make a deal , even when we found the problem he made sure to note it and tell me "this is a big problem" and followed up with "you don't have to buy this house, their are plenty of others", but everything in the house was screaming my name and I had already decided that this house was the one. So he did what he did and made my dream come true at the right price. Enough said, don't believe me give em a call and he'll prove it to you. Real hard work shows and he proved it to me and my family from the first day we sat down in his office.

My wife and I were first time home buyers. Rico did an excellent job helping us navigate the process of buying a house. He was kind, patient, and willing to answer all of our varied questions.

I think one particular thing stood out during our search. My wife flew out to Sacramento to put together a short list of houses. She worked with Rico for 2 days. I met Rico, informally, through my neighbor and instantly knew he KNEW all things Real Estate. *Full disclosure: I have been in the mortgage lending side of this industry as an Underwriter for over a decade.* I was in the process of listing my house with another realtor when I was graced with his awesome, knowledgeable personality.

Unfortunately, I found myself needing a better, way more experienced realtor around the time Rico and I met. So, I contacted him immediately to ask if he could help me sell, and before I realized it, Operation: Sell Lauren's House ASAP was in the works!

Rico is GOOD at proving his title as Realtor. And, owning his own real estate company speaks volumes in supporting that title.

Through happenstance, I met Rico at the same time I was looking to purchase my first home. When he took my call a few days later while out of town on personal business to discuss programs specifically tailored to people in my situation, I knew he was the one I wanted to work with on such a life changing decision.
Rico always made me feel like I was his top priority. He proved to be accommodating with our schedules to view several homes we wanted to explore as they hit the market. Sometimes with only a days notice and he kept a good line of communication. We had a very sensitive time-line as we were expecting a baby early July and our loan type had it's own hurdles as well as our expectations and wants out of a home. Finally, nearly 20 homes viewed, our third offer was accepted and we closed escrow early this month as promised. Throughout this process, Rico was professional and personable. Officially becoming homeowners and keys being handed over his added gestures only added to the experience that much more ! He's remained helpful offering references in which we've used since becoming homeowners and continues to reach out, text, say hi, follow our renovation progress and we look forward to him remaining in contact and joining along with his family for our house warming. We had already found the home we wanted to purchase and begun discussions with the seller when we brought Rico in to help. During escrow, the deal became very problematic, but Rico’s dedication, creativity, and constant focus was able to salvage the deal.
Rico was forced to do all of the seller’s agents work for him, but he did it all with a smile on his face, utilizing his connections and resources to overcome every obstacle that presented itself.

I would have to agree with most of the reviews here that a 5 star rating doesn’t do Rico any justice. My situation for selling the house was difficult and required Rico to go beyond his duties as a real estate agent. What would have been a stressful time for me was negated by the fact that Rico jumped at every opportunity to make it as smooth as possible. He was always willing to lend a hand and even helped me move stuff out of the house when I needed it—definitely not something I would expect from an agent.
