Riley Wenger

Riley fell in love with real estate when she bought her first investment property at age 25. She is currently working on obtaining her 4th investment property and is passionate about creating financial freedom through real estate.

Riley is a huge advocate in educating her clients so they can make informed and savvy real estate decisions. Riley continuously strives to be an advocate, advisor, cheerleader, mentor, number-cruncher, deal-analyzer, and part-time therapist to all of her clients, as it is her goal to give every single client white glove service. Riley specializes in helping first-time home buyers, house-hackers, investors, Denver Metro relocations, and in helping sellers coordinate a simultaneous buy and sell.

Riley loves to travel (she just made it to country #30, Chile!), spending time with her Golden Retriever, and enjoying the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
