Rima is an amazing Real-estate agent (The best I've seen so far). Not only is she great at her work, she is a great person too. She is honest, helpful, meticulous, organized and punctual. The biggest factor of working with Rima is trust, throughout the process me and fiancee could trust Rima completely. Rima helped us close an amazing deal in Austin. The x-factor I've seen in Rima is that she is prescriptive, she is not neutral and politically correct like the other agent I have worked with, if she has an opinion or judgement on a property or situation based on her experience, she would express that honesty (this is something this tremendously helps 1st time home buyers).
I have already referred Rima to some of my friends and family and I can blindly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an Awesome Real-estate agent. :)

Rima is one of the few real estate professionals who is diligent and thorough. I had the opportunity to buy a home in Austin and Rima was recommended by a friend. I had only a week during this pandemic to see as many homes and make a decision. I am not from Austin and had to fly back. Rima understood my urgency. She arranged for all the showings, ensured that I got a chance to see the best homes first and followed through with me much after closing. She also helped me with renting my home.
