It's hard to fully represent the value that RJ added during our home-buying process! He met with us years ago when we first started considering a purchase. Kept in touch when we took a pause and then picked right back up where we left off this past year. Throughout our time, he was responsive, knowledgeable and kind. It was truly a pleasure to work with him!

We were given RJ's name by a friend when we began our search for a condo. Upon meeting him, it was easy to see why she was so adamant we work with him! RJ was an absolute pleasure to work with- he made the process as easy as possible (in the crazy Boston market) for us as first-time home buyers. He listened to what we wanted and what we could realistically afford, and actually suggested a few places slightly outside of the area we were initially looking. He nailed it- we ended up with one of his first suggestions in an area we weren't really looking at, but fit everything we wanted and was within our budget. We LOVE living here and are so happy with our home and the neighborhood. On top of being excellent at what he does, RJ was kind, attentive, responsive, and went through every detail with us to make sure we were happy and confident in the process. If/when we're ever in the market again in the future, I'd choose to work with him again in a heartbeat!

We had been speaking with relators and looking at houses on and off for about 2 years before we met Riode. We had an almost instant rapport with him, mostly because of his excellent listening skills and patience. The first properties he showed us were very close to what we were looking for. He was always available to answer questions and provide insight. We found our new home fairly quickly and he guided us through a successful offer and negotiation.
We also used Riode to sell our condo. We listed in the late fall and the market was completely dead. Riode stood by us as we decided to de-list and wait for the spring. In the spring we sold on the first weekend for 40k over our original asking price. I highly recommend speaking with Riode Jean-Feilx for your real-estate needs.

Love working with RJ! He helped us find our first home and was super patient with both of our differing styles and requests. He’s super knowledgeable, professional, patient and well informed on the Greater Boston area market.

Also all of his referrals and people he’s recommended for home improvements, lawyers etc have been amazing and very helpful. I wouldn’t go with anyone else on our next house upgrade!

Riode, worked tirelessly on my behalf, communicated with the seller/seller's real estate agent, my loan officer & other parties as needed to answer my questions, relay my concerns etc.

Riode provided excellent advice, & alerted me when emails I missed needed to be checked on/replied to.

Overall Riode made buying a home for a first time home owner stress free.

This is the second time we've worked with RJ. He helped us buy our condo is 2016, and now he's helped us sell that condo and buy a new house this year. We wouldn't go with anyone else! RJ knows a lot about the real estate market and works hard to make sure we understand our options when it comes to buying and selling. When it came time to sell our condo he went through all the things we could do to add value before selling, he helped us go through all the options for pricing our place, and he held multiple open houses and made himself available for every showing possible. When we were buying our place, he went to all the open houses as well and got as much information as he could about everything so we can make the best offer. He's great at strategizing so that our offer can be strong but we will still be comfortable with everything. RJ is also just a fun person to hang out with and luckily he's become our friend! I highly recommend him to help you buy or sell your place. He will work his hardest to get you what you want and he will be realistic with you and set your expectations.

RJ has helped my family with 2 purchases and 1 sale.

He is professional, knowledgeable, organized, personable, friendly, has a great positive attitude, attentive, and is pro-active.
RJ goes above and beyond, and adapts to changing situations to do what is needed to get what the customer wants.

RJs persistence and adaptability found us our first property. We had been searching years off and on before working with him and in a crazy market he quickly found us as perfect a property as we could ask for.

My family cannot recommend RJ highly enough. I hope I never have to go through another real estate transaction without him!

This is the 2nd time I've worked with RJ, and will hope to do so again if / when I'm in the market! For me, the thing I like most about working with RJ is that he makes the process of buying / selling a home easy, and he does that by keeping the behind the scenes stuff ... behind the scenes. When I look at the home buying experiences of friends / family, they always have something to complain about, the realtor not showing up, the realtor forgetting to do something etc. - this is definitely not the case with RJ. He's always moving the ball forward by being proactive, getting answers promptly, and making himself available.
I also really appreciate the time RJ takes to understand what you're looking for in a home, and more importantly, reminding you of that when appropriate. I almost dismissed the property I ended up purchasing because I lost sight of my goal, and was too focused on minor details. Had RJ not pointed that out I could have made a decision I would have regretted.
