Thank you for all of your work you have done for our company! Rita was awesome, and I couldn't recommend her enough! She was very organized, professional, and great at communicating. We had many questions throughout the process of buying and selling our home, and Rita was very knowledgeable and always answered quickly. She also recommended a number of different professionals throughout the process (lender, inspector, etc) and all of them were great as well. We will definitely be using Rita for all future home sales and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Rita helped us see what she called a "record number" of houses in one weekend due to a long-distance move and she accommodated us perfectly, fitting in two dozens houses in two days. She was familiar with the areas and was very responsive via phone calls and texts. She let us know when she felt houses were over-priced and helped with our negotiations with a difficult realtor/seller combo. She also gave us a wonderful housewarming gift!

By some miracle, we found Rita Boswell, and we are so glad we did! She was so generous and patient with us in our home search (even helping us follow around our 3 year old, who made sure to test every house for safety concerns!) She was thorough, responsive, honest, and professional throughout the process. She had great recommendations on everything from schools to home inspections, and I'd trust her opinion on just about anything. I chose Rita to be my Realtor after reading her web page. She seemed very sincere, so I thought I would give her a shot to be my buyer's agent. I am so glad I did! From the initial phone call with her until we closed, Rita was on top of everything and she always responded within 24 hours (often within an hour or less for urgent matters). We only had to look at two properties before I offered on one of them and I was in contract 5 days later. We closed about two weeks later. Rita was fantastic! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy their home in the Columbus area.

After looking for over a year, and requesting to see several houses during that time, we finally found the home we wanted! Rita was so patient and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She was supportive and helped us every step of the way. She was always able to get us viewings that fit our schedule and told us everything we needed to do to sell our old home (it sold in less than 24 hours!). I worked with Rita in buying a home only a couple years ago but have never had the privilege of utilizing her as a listing agent. When it came time to sell my home due to positive life changes, I could only think of one realtor I would want to work with again and that was Rita Boswell. Since Rita was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of the property, it only made sense to hire her to help me sell the home as well.

Since I only owned the property for a couple years I was concerned that I wouldn't even be able to sell for enough to break even on the property. Rita reassured me that she would do the best she could to put me in the best position possible in order to not lose money on my property. Utilizing her marketing knowledge and resources, Rita was able to get my property listed and in less than 48 hours we were in contract on an offer over asking price!

The process was about as stress free as it can be when selling a home. Rita made sure to represent me in the best possible way throughout the entire process and ensured my needs were met from day one.

Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend Rita to anyone looking for a realtor. Whether buying or selling a home.
