About Rita

Rita Semprevivo (President, Semprevivo Properties) was born and raised in California and has been helping clients in the Los Angeles area as a Realtor for the last fifteen years. Rita focuses on the West Side of Los Angeles, Beverley Hills and the San Fernando Valley where she has deep knowledge of communities, services and schools. Rita's clients benefit from her broad experience in buying and selling homes in the current economic environment.

Rita is a seasoned sales and account executive. Rita has been serving the needs of large and small clients her entire career. Prior to being a realtor, Rita ran a large account management and sales team for a fortune 500 company (Cendant Corporation) for over 15 years where her group generated over $50 million in annual sales.

Rita is an active community member and is very passionate about children's education. She is the founder and chairperson of the Reading Buddies Club, a non-profit program she created for LAUSD. Her program helps grammar school children learn to read by making it fun.
