We have worked with Rita as buyers AND as sellers. I just wouldn't choose anyone else. With Rita, you feel like her top priority at all times. I'll be honest, we are very picky and we knew exactly what we wanted in a home. We asked Rita a million questions and had her show us soooo many properties till we found just the right one. All the while, she was patient, supportive, dedicated and chalk full of knowledge. If she doesn't know the answer on the spot, she'll find it out for you asap. And I love how she quickly picked up on exactly what we wanted in a home. That way, she knew just which places to show us and she weeded out the rest! Saved us a ton of time and headaches. I will for sure refer my friends and family to her will full confidence. Seriously, if you want to work with someone who has integrity and loyalty, who will respect your budget and will go to bat for you-- then look no further. Rita will take care of you!

Rita was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so happy that I went with her as my realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, which she patiently and thoroughly answered with timely responses. She was so supportive throughout the process, listening to what I was looking for in a house, paying attention to my budget, and never pressuring me at all. I really appreciated how level-headed she is, wanting me to get into a home I would love, but not at the expense of a mortgage I couldn't afford, and not settling for a house that really wasn't the right fit. She is very knowledgable, kind, caring, professional, and highly responsive. 10 out of 10, would definitely work with her again!

Rita was so great to work with I went ahead and made an account, I didn't even know this site was a thing when I was looking for a house. Rita is certainly worth the time for me to make an account and leave an endorsement, she was a real treat to work with. Working with Rita was a smooth, easy, and ultimately very financially beneficial experience for me, and I now have a home which I am very happy with. When I started working with Rita to find my house, she assessed the needs of what I was looking for, displayed a thorough understanding of matching my needs to what was available in the market, and worked very hard to find homes that matched what I was looking for. It all made me feel very confident that my home search was being handled competently and with my specific needs in mind. After only a few weeks, we came upon what was, for me, a perfect fit. As I was preparing to give a bid on the home, Rita discovered a Portland loophole that ended up saving me thousands in my final home price! I honestly couldn't have been happier, and I will certainly look to using her expertise should I need to conduct any future real estate transactions.
