Top-selling Atlas Real Estate agent Rob Caton is a third-generation Colorado native who knows Denver’s neighborhoods and market inside and out. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors of all experience levels, helping clients make smart, informed decisions at every step.

In his first two years after becoming licensed in Colorado, Rob closed 43 residential transactions—11 as a listing agent and 32 representing buyers—totaling nearly $20 million in sales volume across 12 counties, from Boulder to Pueblo. His performance earned him 2024 and 2025 Top Revenue-Producing 1099 Agent honors at Atlas Real Estate, along with Best of Zillow recognition and 26 five-star client reviews.

Before building his business in Colorado, Rob began his real estate career in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where he specialized in resort properties. He later spent three years at Zillow on the Premier Agent Sales Team, helping design and sell digital marketing campaigns for top-performing agents and teams across Colorado. That experience gives Rob a behind-the-scenes understanding of how buyers compete, how sellers choose offers, and how homes gain real attention online. He uses that insight to position his clients strategically, uncover opportunities other buyers miss, and help them win the right home in today’s competitive, digital-first market.

Drawn to Atlas Real Estate’s locally owned, full-service, and team-driven approach—and its reputation for excellence—Rob joined the brokerage in December 2023. Since then, he has helped more than 40 families buy and sell homes across the Front Range, spanning a wide range of price points and property types.

With a Business degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Rob brings a strategic, business-minded approach to every transaction.
