Rob Condiotty

John L. Scott Renton’s Rob Condiotty became a real estate broker in 2003. Before discovering his ‘love’ for real estate, Rob was a student athlete at the University of Redlands, playing on the college’s tennis team. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in economics, he decided to put his business education to work in a career where he could also help others achieve their goals.

Rob’s main focus is excellent client communication and a no pressure approach. He’s not after each transaction, but after lifelong clients! He is trustworthy and the type of broker you want in your corner when working through a major financial decision. Rob mainly focuses on residential listings and has expertise in condos. He is a real estate expert across King County, often helping people in Seattle, Newcastle, Bellevue, Renton, Issaquah, Kirkland, Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond and Mercer Island.

When he’s not working, Rob can be found playing tennis, golfing or just watching his two kids grow up. He also enjoys traveling with his family, exploring destinations including Palm Springs and Hawaii! Since his start with John L. Scott in 2003, Rob has donated a portion of each commission to the John L. Scott Foundation. He also gives back to his local community by coaching Little League Baseball and has also coached varsity tennis.
