Rob went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. He showed us many properties that matched our criteria and gave us valuable insights into the local market and the houses we were looking at. He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary. Rob was an incredible agent. He treated us like family. He cared about our needs, listened to our concerns, always worked out the best plan of action and got our house sold in the time we needed. He did a fabulous job marketing our home and getting people in the door to see it. His charisma alone could sell homes. He was always available for our calls and willing to go above and beyond to support our family through the chaos of selling a home. He made the process smooth, explained anything we didn’t understand, and was always available for questions. At this point Rob is basically apart of our family and will always appreciate him for everything he did to not only sell our house but help us get our new home.

I’ve bought and sold real estate multiple times with Rob Cunningham. Each time, I was most pleased with how straightforward he was with me and my and family about the market and our property. As a military family always on the move, we are constantly considering how we’re positioned in or out of the market and Rob is slways available to educate me on the current trends. Rob Cunningham is by far the best realtor I have ever had. He was my listing agent and he put together a plan that brought me a nearly full price offer in less than 10 days.

Awesome realtor. He made it so easy to close and consulted along the way helping us navigate this difficult market. You won’t find anyone with more experience. Most realtors we had before Rob were part time inexperienced transaction closers not true professionals like Rob. He knows his stuff.
