Rob Montague

As a Realtor/Broker with the Positive Altitude Team at Asheville Realty Group, Rob is ready to offer his services with over 22 years of real estate experience. He has been a licensed North Carolina real estate broker since 1998 and owned a real estate firm in eastern North Carolina for over 10 years prior to locating to the beautiful western Carolina mountains.

A magna cum laude graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Rob was a public accountant and corporate Vice President during the years leading to his opening a real estate firm. Hence, his business background gives him unique skills to best serve his real estate clients. These skills, combined with the importance he places on honesty and integrity, are invaluable tools to optimally assist clients in the purchase of both residential and commercial real estate.

When he isn’t helping his real estate clients, Rob enjoys his perennial and vegetable gardens, cooking for friends and family, residential remodeling and redesign, and caring for a menagerie of rescued pets. Rob also has a passion for France, particularly the Côte d’Azur region, and he will never hesitate to talk about his love for La Belle France and share sage travel advice with anyone who will listen!
