I came from out of state to purchase a home in Florida. Doing this means you rely on your realtor more than normal for their expertise and opinion of the areas you’re looking. I had already been through several realtors when I called Rob and he was completely different. Rob was interested in helping me find a home but in a location that worked for me, and one that really would work for me long term. He answered questions for weeks, ran and took videos, more pictures, made calls for information and really went above and beyond. It’s getting more difficult to find good service anymore and Rob provided even better-he is an excellent realtor with integrity and ethics. I am very pleased with the services and the process of buying a home through Rob.

Rob is the best realtor we've ever worked with and provides fantastic service from start to finish. Rob handled all aspects of the sale and spent considerable time doing work we never expected above and beyond what a realtor normally does. The list and pictures were fantastic and helped us get over 30 showings the first weekend. Rob helped us navigate the difficult task of looking through many offers with different terms. We ended up getting much more than we expected for our house thanks to Rob's help, experience and skill.

We used Rob to find the perfect home in just the right school district. Rob sat down with us and really listened to our needs and diligently took down our exact home buying criteria. He told us what to expect, and he soon delivered. He not only found the home that met all our needs but was there to negotiate the deal, guide us through inspections, and made sure seller repairs were done right and on time. We will certainly use Rob again and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Sarasota area!

We had a long-distance challenge to find a home in Sarasota. We met with Rob, told him our criteria and he diligently went to work and found us a wonderful home. But what was even more amazing was the price he negotiated. Because of his quick actions, we were able to close on our retirement home at the very lowest price and it remains to this day the very best buy in our neighborhood.

I was on the market to buy a house.
Rob personally checked out dozens of houses, until he found one perfect for me. He recommended professional inspector and closing attorney. He took care of all paperwork, and made sure the transaction was 100% smooth.

We have bought 4 different homes in our lifetime. The experience that we had with Rob was the best. He went out of his way to find a home that fitted our needs. My wife uses a wheelchair so there were a few " opticals " that we had to get around. He e- mailed us everyday with prodental homes. He even went out of his way to video the property that we chose as we had questions and did not live in the area. When we came to Bradenton to look at the home we chose, he made sure that there was a ramp for my wife to get in the home.
We can not say enough about Rob. I promise, you will not be dissatisfied in his service. HE WILL FIND YOU THE PERFECT HOME!!!!

Rob did an incredible job for us in selling our home in 2 weeks for 98% of the asking price!! He was professional from the start, kept us in the loop at every point along the way, made great recommendations about updating/staging our home, and had gorgeous professional photos taken of our house that I believe accurately portrayed our home and contributed to its quick sale. He was so easy to work work and so understanding when my husband had emergency surgery right as we were preparing to put our home on the market. As Christians, we also really appreciated his making a contribution from the commission we paid him to a community charity of our choice.
