We worked with Kasey in the home buying process spring of 2020. It was a tough process for us, still learning the Charlotte area. It was a challenge to find the perfect location for my husband and my jobs (in opposite directions). Let’s just say, we had a lot of NEEDS and WANTS on our list. Kasey was amazing! She was extremely patient with us as we looked at numerous homes in various locations. She really put in the work to filter through the available houses to help us find OUR home. To make things more complicated, Covid struck in the middle of our house search, and our closing date was pushed due to circumstances. Kasey was with us through the whole process and we could not be happier that we found our home!

Kasey & team went above and beyond my expectations to help me with the process of buying a home. For years I held off on buying a house mainly because of the hassle that I thought went into buying a house. Kasey and team helped every step of the way and I had to do the bare minimum of work. Over more years than I want to admit, I have enjoyed advice and clear thinking on Real Estate investments with Rob. However, I knew him first in position of management in finance, and later encouraged him as he established a successful small business. His horizons grew and interest developed in Real Estate. I knew he had strength in customer relationships, in meeting deadlines and staying cool under pressure, he kept high ethics, yet was also very innovative. He has gone from general residential representation, which he still does well, to using imagination and initiative to establish the current niche of Senior Relationships. Younger by far then most of those clients, but with a real empathy, he and his team have the energy and drive to help the clients make big decisions with confidence.

I would highly recommend Rob Watcher to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He contacted me after I began searching online for a home. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the real estate industry and his honesty.
