Robbi-Ann McCarver

Robbi is the Founder and Managing Broker for THE | AGENTS Real Estate Group.

She was born and raised in Pierce County and has actively been in real estate since 2004. She is a free-spirited woman who loves traveling, orcas, gardening, and Judge Judy.

Robbi founded THE | AGENTS Real Estate Group in January of 2018, when a brokerage that put people over profits appeared to be absent in her community. She had worked for several big-named brokerages locally, to which she felt none were providing her with what she needed to prosper.

The driving force behind their formation was the vision of a company known for overall integrity at all stages of the business process.

Her goal for her company is to be globally recognized for putting service over sales. They strive to provide an uplifting and productive work environment to their agents and their staff, as well as top notch service to our clientele. The success and wellbeing of their community and its members is of upmost importance to them.
