Robbie Rome was recommended to us by some friends when we first moved to Baton Rouge. He helped us to locate a rental house and then a year later to buy our first home. We couldn’t have been more pleased with him. The first time around, we only had one day in Baton Rouge to view homes, and Robbie was very flexible in meeting our needs. He kept in touch with us prior to our arrival and sent us rental listings he thought we would be interested in so that we could narrow it down. Then he spent the entire day looking at homes with us until we found the right one. Most recently, he helped us find our dream home located in Zachary. We had a fairly broad area we were considering, so in addition to Baton Rouge, there were many houses in neighboring suburbs we were interested in. Some were located as far north as St. Francisville, and Robbie accommodated us in our very wide search. Over a couple of months, we spent plenty of hours in the car with him. This being our first home-buying experience, the whole process seemed pretty easy, but I think that’s because Robbie is a great realtor. Although he definitely stays in touch every step of the way, we never felt rushed, and we also never had to wait on him because he returns texts faster than my teenage sister! (Although he prefers talking on the phone, and he might tell you that.) He made the whole search very interesting. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and can give you history and interesting facts around the homes’ locations. Also, he is just laid-back and easy to get along with. Can’t recommend him enough! Robbie has helped us to find our dream home and made everything go very smoothly, and if we ever had to move again, we would use him in a heartbeat!
