Robert was always available and quick to respond. Within two weeks of meeting Robert I was under contract on a wonderful home for me and my two sons. Robert was creative and kind. He understood what we needed and he made it happen VERY FAST. I highly recommend Robert. We had spoken to other agents and he was the only one who understood our budget, took time to get to know our family and find the perfect place for us.

We cannot recommend Robert highly enough! He worked with us over the course of a year and a half to find our first home. He educated us on the entire process, and we felt confident when it came time to put in offers. We actually managed to have our very first offer accepted! When I met the seller's agent, he told us that there were several offers higher than ours, but he found Robert to be the most communicative and most likely to close within a short timeframe. We were lucky enough to close on our dream home because of Robert's work ethic and determination, and we could not be more grateful. If you want an agent that will work hard for you, be completely transparent, and help you make informed decisions throughout the process, Robert is your guy.

If you are seeking a stellar agent that goes above and beyond to to make both the house hunt AND your purchase transaction go as smooth as possible... look no further than Robert Blase. As a first time home buying couple, Robert was able to nearly immediately understand which facets of the homebuying process we would require support with. We initially approached our house search open to a variety of different property types. Robert scheduled viewings for town homes, PUDs, and single-family homes so we were able to comfortably explore which property type would be best suited for our joint lifestyle needs at our own pace. His experience as a realtor and expertise in relationship-building is what enabled us to have our offer accepted at list price. A competitive Denver-metro market requires being equipped with an agent that will surpass all expectations. I personally recommend Robert Blase to any family member or friend seeking to purchase a home.

We worked with Robert to buy a house (we closed Summer 2021, yay!!) and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. When you work with Robert, you can feel right from the start that he is 110% on your side and rooting for you. Robert took the time to understand our needs and worked hard to help us find the perfect house. He was always super responsive, via email, text, phone, and took time to explain things to us. When showing houses, he looks for things that could be potential problems in the future and explains what he sees. He is always punctual -- we tried to be early for showings and he was always already there. He scheduled appointments and showed us houses every week for 5 weeks -- I think we saw almost 20 houses! When we were ready to make an offer, he was patient and explained the process. He is an excellent negotiator, in this crazy seller's market, he negotiated for the seller to put a new roof on our house before closing! When we had some issues with a post-close occupancy, he could have walked away because his job was done, but he went to bat for us and made sure we landed on top. Buying a house is a crazy stressful process and Robert works hard to take away as much stress as possible. I would absolutely work with Robert again and give him the highest recommendation!!

Robert is very professional and stays on top of all the deadlines all while holding your hand and explaining what everything means. We were both selling and purchasing at the same time which we had never been through before. Robert made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything going on. It didn't matter the hour of day, if we reached out to him, he responded. No question that Robert goes above and beyond to build trust and represent his clients.
Prior to listing our home, he walked through the property with us and recommended what we may want to do which resulted in our home selling over the asking price by the very first people that viewed it. You cant beat that.
It was of course a great pleasure to work with Robert and I/we will always refer him to anyone buying or selling. Robert is very educated, knows the market and appreciates his clients. If you want a real estate agent that feels like a friend watching your back rather than their pocket book, I highly recommend you only use Robert. You wont regret it!!

Robert was very helpful, professional,compassionate, and quick to respond to my concerns about buying a home in Colorado while living in Florida.

If I needed something taken care of he always "had a guy" for that-whether about plumbing, roofing, or carpet installation. He made me feel like I was his only client, though I know that is not true.

He responded quickly to my emails and texts, often with humor. I love his personalized emojis.

He and his transaction coordinator, Joyce, kept everything moving smoothly and in a timely progression. I could not have made the purchase without them.

Robert was and is a fantastic realtor. And now a friend. I highly recommend him.

Robert Blase was my real estate agent when I recently purchased my first home. I was terrified at first of such a big unknown; wasn’t even sure if I could afford to be a home-owner. Robert was there for me throughout the entire process, guiding me, providing information, explaining the details. Robert’s professionalism, patience, support, and kindness were above and beyond anything I have experienced for any purchase I have ever made.
Buying real estate is a process and an emotional journey. Robert understands this and didn’t rush, assume too much, or try influence my decisions. The home-buying process was overwhelming at first, and I could only break down the process into small manageable parts. I did not want to look at possible new homes until my condo was under contract. Robert’s patience with me as I dealt with my fear of the unknown was the epitome of kind understanding. When I finally began looking for a new home I realized there were not many available houses in my price range. There were also many new things to consider: should I purchase a fixer-upper; should I compromise and live further away? My questions and fears seemed endless, and Robert’s patient understanding of my emotions calmed me. I could ask Robert any question, and say anything, and he answered with no judgement. No matter the type of home I wanted to look at Robert passed no judgement, only occasionally pointing out the pitfalls of a home not suitable by speaking in a practical and logical manner. My trust in Robert grew and deepened and I began to look at potential homes with a more critical eye learning from him what structural issues to watch for. Good listening skills are rare and Robert knows how to listen. If Robert didn’t have an immediate answer he said so; and he said he would find out and get back to me – which he always did.
When I finally was under contract with the new home of my dreams, it was determined a new roof was needed for the home. I was surprised and didn’t know how to respond when Robert suggested I pick out the roof shingles for the new roof! This was the first time I’ve ever picked out roof shingles. I spent an hour driving around my new neighborhood looking at the other roofs and picked out a beautiful brown color. I love my new roof and feel it enhances the look of my new home. I’m also proud of my purchase, and proud of my home: what a great way to build pride-of-ownership. Robert’s thoughtful attention to details are another example of what makes him so special.
Selling real estate is not just a job to Robert, he truly wants to help individuals find their new dream home. Throughout the entire home-buying journey I felt I was the only client and my search for a new home was of the upmost importance to Robert. Robert is intelligent, honest, kind, and caring. He also has a wicked sense of humor which I discovered when he and I were touring my new home and I went into the basement crawl space. I noticed many cobwebs when looking at the floor above me, and when I got out of the crawl space I was paranoid and began brushing at imaginary things on my back. I turned my back to Robert and asked if he could see anything, he relied, “nothing, except for that large spider on your shoulder!”
I am blessed to have met Robert and to have him represent me in my real estate transaction. I could not be happier with my purchase. Robert Blase is an exceptional individual and anyone would be fortunate to have him as their real estate agent.

Robert was super responsive and helpful. We already knew the house we wanted, and to be honest I didn’t think we needed a realtor. I was so wrong!! He helped us through the the process and with things I never knew we needed help with. He came and walked with us through the house every time we asked. He knew all the questions to ask the builders!
