Robert Bolar

Robert Bolar is among the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide with his training, leadership roles, and industry experience. Robert has served for 15 years in various real estate elected leadership positions in local, state, and national real estate roles. Robert has served as President of the Real Estate Board, Chairman of the MLS, and local Director for the National Association of Realtors. He currently serves on the State of Utah Realtor Professional Standards Committee.

Robert Bolar brings to real estate a background in business, negotiation, marketing, service, and community involvement, disciplines that prepared him for the increasingly complex demands challenging today's real estate industry, where he has represented hundreds of clients over 20 years. As a listing agent, he knows how to successfully position and sell properties. He spent a decade developing effective marketing and sales strategies for AOL, CNN, Time Warner, and Netscape (back when the internet was cool). Robert loves to pair the latest technology with real estate sales. He has been to countless national real estate technology conferences refining his skills.

Robert's deep knowledge of real estate and his love of Southern Utah, combined with a genuine desire for helping people love where they live, make him an ideal partner to guide his clients through the real estate process. In his spare time, Robert is an electric vehicle enthusiast deeply connected to the advancement of electric vehicle usage in Utah. Robert also loves to teach golf lessons. Robert’s family is most important to him. The Bolar family resides in Ivins, Utah. They have two children, Abigail, and Taylor, both preparing for law school.
