Robert Casas was raised in Orange County and attended California State University, Fullerton. For the last 17 years, Robert has focused himself in the customer service industry, working seven of those years at a small company you may have heard of, Disneyland. During this time, he entertained guests as a performer and also worked at the beautiful Tokyo Disneyland Resort. For 13 years, he worked as a retail store manager where his focus was on the development of the people he worked with and the overall satisfaction of the customers.
Robert also served as President on the Board of Directors for Orange County LGBT Pride and Treasurer of the Consolidated Association of Pride, Inc, where he focused on creating a community for LGBTQ+ people in the OC and Western Region of the US through education, advocacy, and celebration. In March of 2020, Robert was awarded The Community Hero Award from the Anaheim Ducks for his volunteer work with the Pride Community. His passion does not stop there as he is also a huge animal welfare advocate. He has helped raise money for charities of animal welfare agencies, helped adopt homeless pets, and also helped focus on animal cruelty awareness. His core belief being the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated.
Robert was exposed to real estate at a young age with family that is in the industry. He loved watching the preparation, hard work, long hours, and the overall feeling of satisfaction when his family’s clients found their perfect home or sold their home successfully. Having gone through both the home buying and selling process as a client himself, he understands the stress and joy that comes with the territory. His focus will always be putting his clients first. He is dedicated, hardworking, and will be focused on YOU. In 2019, Robert was awarded OC Weekly's Readers’ Choice Award for Best Real Estate Agent and is among the top 8% of Reputable Agents among his peers, according to Peer Reputation Recording 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 making him a favorite with other agents and his clients.
