Robert is a very respectful and easy going realtor. If you've ever purchased a home before, you know your realtor can really make or break your home buying process, and Robert made our experience a breeze! He has a very flexible schedule which allowed him to accommodate for our tight schedule in looking at homes. If it wasn't for his years of experience and professional connections, I guarantee we would not have gotten our perfect home that we have today!

We have been dealing with Rob DeRosato and the exp realty company for months now, from house hunting to documentation to closing. Rob has been excellent in all categories across the board. He makes sure to always be available if have any questions for him. From the beginning he was not pushy, and gave us the time to look over houses and it helped us feel zero pressure. He has an extensive background in sales and renovating which helped in picking the right home. Today we had finally closed on a house and we highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to own a home. Easy 5 star, wish I could give 6.

Rob helped my fiancé and I find our first home. He was responsive, stayed in constant communication with us (but was never annoying), and always kept our needs at the forefront of the search. We never felt pressured to tour a house we didn't like and he was spot on with pricing recommendations when we were ready to make an offer. I can't recommend Rob enough.

Wow! Working with Rob in purchasing my first triplex was a fantastic experience. I could tell from the start that Rob had my back and he continued to demonstrate this throughout the process.
