Bob Fitzpatrick has been bringing buyers and sellers together for over 25 years. Bob is a member of the BHHS Chairman's Circle Gold (top 2% of agents nationwide), the Prudential Chairman’s Circle, the Multi-Million Dollar Club, and is also a recipient of the Leading-Edge Award, President's Award, and Chairman's Circle Award. Mary Fitzpatrick-Duleba, Bob Fitzpatrick’s daughter, joined him as a fully licensed real estate broker over 15 years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a Master’s Degree from St. Xavier University. She has been trained by the best (her dad!) and is a full time half of the Fitzpatrick Team. Mary combines a strong work ethic and love of people with an expertise on the local market and the latest technology. This past year alone, she has helped close over 76 transactions and over $15 million in sales on the Fitzpatrick Team.
